Hiraido is a mixed martial art that focuses on striking, grappling and throwing techniques, with an emphasis on striking and physical conditioning. If they choose, students may participate in light to medium contact sparring and grappling, wearing protective gloves and headgear. Classes are open to teens and adults.
Brazilian Jiujitsu is world-renowned for its innovative grappling and submission techniques, as well as its emphasis on a strategic mind set in ground fighting.
Kajukenbo combines martial arts techniques from karate, jujitsu, judo, kenpo, kung fu and boxing into a devastatingly effective self-defense system. This class is open to children, teens and adults.
Ryuseiken Batto-do (Japanese Sword) teaches traditional Japanese swordsmanship, including the art of drawing the blade and the techniques of sword fighting. This class is open to ages 12 and up.
Kickboxing Our kickboxing classes offer a high intensity workout focusing on punching and kicking techniques, as well as kickboxing drills and contact sparring. This class is open to teens and adults.
Our Women's Self Defense class offers a straightforward approach for women seeking to develop practical self-defense skills as rapidly as possible.
We offer special discount rates for families and groups, as well as executive memberships. We also offer discounts for students enrolling in more than one class.
Many martial arts schools lock you into contracts for 6 months or a year. We don't. There is only a very low month-to-month rate - one of the most affordable in Tucson!
